Drawings of My Father
These drawings were created during my visits with my father (often while he napped) over a number of years, up until he moved to a nursing home. After he died (in 2016) I wrote about them here.
All of the works are charcoal on paper of varying sizes (mostly 50 X 65 cm, 19.5″ X 25.5″, and from the years 2011-2014), except the following one, which combines charcoal and paint on canvas, and includes an image of my father and me, based on an old photograph.

Daddy, 2011, oil and charcoal on canvas, 110 x 90 cm
