My work in the Jerusalem Bienalle
I invite you to the Jerusalem Bienalle , where I will be exhibiting in three group shows:
A Fine Line, a multi-media exhibition at the Ahim Hassid Complex, Emek Refaim 47, asking questions about the great oppositions or contrasts in life which are separated by a very thin line, such as life and death, truth and falsehood, holy and profane, peace and war.
Opening Saturday night, September 26, at 8:30 PM. I will be participating in a panel discussion in Hebrew on October 13, at 8:00 PM, at the exhibition.
Women of the Book is a an exhibit of full-size prints based on 54 parchment panels (the number of Torah portions) with visual interpretations by 54 Jewish women artists from around the world. More on the project here.
Opening on Tuesday, September 29, at 8:00 PM.
Stand Art is a multi-media exhibition of work by religious women, in a gallery located in a bomb shelter in an Ultra-Orthodox neighborhood.
